One of the most valuable features, if not the most valuable feature, of your MOPO AI Agent is its ability to capture detailed conversation records. The data contained within these conversations can be extracted, analyzed, and used to inform your business strategies going forward.

You can review a summary of these conversations and download detailed reports as .csv files, allowing you to gain valuable insights into the interactions between your site visitors and your agent.

Summary

This section provides a high-level overview of the key metrics related to your MOPO AI Agent’s interactions. It includes essential data such as the number of unique users, total conversations, and the average duration of each interaction, giving you a quick snapshot of your agent’s performance.

Conversations Total number of conversations with your AI agent.
Conversations this month Total number of conversations with your AI agent during the current month.
User messages sent Total number of messages sent by visitors to your agent.
Conversation time Average duration of conversations with your agent.
Skills Invoked Total number of skills used by your agent.
Web pages views Total number of web pages visited by users, either by clicking on links in agent responses or through “Answer with URL” skills.
Average messages per conversation Average number of messages exchanged in each conversation.
Average conversations per user Average number of conversations per unique visitor.
Average conversation duration Average length of a conversation.
