Welcome to customizing your MOPO AI Agent.

Your MOPO AI Agent allows you to adjust its settings and configure it as if it were already installed on your website. This guide will walk you through the initial setup and customization process, helping you to tailor the agent’s appearance and behavior to match your specific needs.

Let’s begin by learning how to customize your agent:

Visit: https://agent.mopo.life.
Log in with your MOPO account credentials. If you don’t have login credentials, please contact us or your system administrator.
Locate your MOPO AI Agent at the bottom left corner of your website.
Click on the agent in the bottom left corner to open it.
To customize the look and behavior of your agent, click the gear icon in the top right of the title bar.

Your agent is trained on the web pages and PDF knowledge from your website(s). You can also include knowledge from third-party websites if it suits your use case.

Customize Your MOPO AI Agent

Here is a summary of the settings you can customize:

Greeting	How your agent greets a site visitor.
Brand Voice	Your agent’s tone of voice when answering a visitor’s questions.
Privacy Consent	Explicit visitor consent for use of data from one or more conversations with your agent.
On Page Style	How your agent appears on your website page(s) when minimized.
Knowledge	A downloadable .csv file containing a list of all the web pages (and PDFs) your agent is trained on.
Skills	Additional capabilities you can give your agent, including links to web pages, embedded HTML, and form-based information gathering from site visitors.
Triggers	User message topics your agent should respond to with a skill.
User Insights	Insights into all conversations and interactions by site visitors with your agent.
Account	Update your account-specific settings, like the ability to change your password.
