Your MOPO AI Agent prioritizes user privacy, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. In this section, you can customize how your AI agent handles user data and obtain user consent in accordance with privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA, maintaining user trust.

| Display Consent Popup | Decide whether an explicit consent popup is shown to users when they first interact with your agent. |
| Customize Consent Message | Craft the consent message displayed to users. You can include HTML, allowing you to add elements like your company logo or links to specific regulations like GDPR. |
| Accept Button | Specify the text displayed on the button for users to give their consent. |
| Reject Button | Specify the text displayed on the button for users to deny their consent. |
| Reject Confirmation Message | Define the message shown to users when they choose to deny consent. |
| Footer Message | Create a persistent footer message, which can include HTML for adding images and links to your organization’s privacy policy. |
NOTE: If a consent message is required, your MOPO AI Agent will prevent users from proceeding until consent is provided. Once consent is given, it is logged in the conversation record within Insights and is also accessible in Integrations.
