Assistant Mode is an innovative feature tailored for internal users, enabling them to generate content by leveraging the existing content on their website.
How to Access Assistant Mode
To switch to Assistant Mode, toggle the switch located at the top-right corner of the agent chat screen.
Key Differences from Website Visitor Mode
Unlike Website Visitor Mode, which focuses on delivering information to external users, Assistant Mode is specifically designed for internal teams such as marketers and sales professionals. It utilizes the website's content to support a variety of advanced tasks, including:
- Social Media Copywriting: Crafting compelling posts and messages for social platforms, such as Twitter posts, Instagram captions, and LinkedIn posts.
- Content Strategy: Developing ideas and approaches tailored to marketing goals, such as creating a content calendar or topic cluster suggestions.
